Montanari MBA140 and MBA200 belted gearless machines are built for modernization and new installations. Triumph helps you configure the right machine, governor, and tension solution around the job.

BUILT FOR MODERNIZATION

For modernization projects, MBA machines provide a bolt-for-bolt replacement with no structural changes. When an existing bolt pattern differs, Triumph can provide an adapter plate to fit the application.

TECHNICAL FIT AT A GLANCE

MBA140: up to 3,000 lb load and up to 400 fpm.

MBA200: up to 4,500 lb load and up to 400 fpm.

Both models use 2:1 roping, a 4.52 in traction sheave, and a 9,920 lb static-load rating.

GOVERNORS & TENSION SOLUTIONS

RQNA speed governors are bidirectional, cover nominal speeds from 100 to 400 fpm, use a 12 in sheave, and accommodate 1/4 to 3/8 in governor rope. With a standard tension device, maximum travel height is up to 295 ft. The TEBDNA0300 is a bidirectional horizontal tension device with a 12.3 in sheave, designed for narrow spaces, and provides 68 lb upward and 180 lb downward pull-through force.
